About Quick Dinner Ideas

I’m Max, and I’m a 30-year-old teenager. I started Quick Dinner Ideas because I want to create good recipes for bad cooks, like myself.

Growing up, I was the kid who ordered plain cheeseburgers – “just meat, cheese, and bun, please.” If any greens hit my plate, they were quietly fed to the dogs. And when I was feeling adventurous, I’d put BBQ sauce on my chicken fingers.

Yes, my friends bullied me a lot. Why do you ask?

Then, I started cooking.

And little by little, my pallet improved – I wish I could say the same for my writing.

My cooking journey began with an Instant Air Fryer and a bag of frozen Arby’s Curly Fries. Now I’m comfortably making at-home poke bowls, French onion soup, miso black cod, and more.

I built this website so I could be the resource I never had when I was learning how to cook. I want to cater to all the other 30-year-old teenagers out there.

Thanks for giving Quick Dinner Ideas a shot. If you’d like to e-mail me to tell me how much you enjoyed the recipes and talk about what a good job I’m doing, please contact me here.
